PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless LAN system capable of achieving dynamic QoS according with a wireless LAN traffic condition in a peripheral area of each radio base station without degrading communication processing performance of the radio base station. SOLUTION: A controller S is provided with a QoS policy management table which manages a QoS policy in execution of QoS control which respective radio base stations A1 to A3 execute in communication to radio terminal stations ST1 to ST7, and the QoS policy on the QoS policy management table is changed on the basis of traffic information reported from respective radio base stations A1 to A3 and is reported to the radio base stations A1 to A3. The radio base stations A1 to A3 changes QoS control in communication to the radio terminal stations ST1 to ST7 in accordance with the latest QoS policy reported from the controller S.
