摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put the drastically extended coherence time of quantum bit in a quantum information processing unit using a resonator mode to actual use. SOLUTION: The quantum information processing unit includes a crystal 404 included within a resonator 405, and internally including a plurality of physical systems in which when magnetic fields are not applied to the respective physical systems, a plurality of energy states do not degenerate with each other and the transition between the two energy states among the plurality of the energy states resonates with a resonator mode; the resonator modes are all common to all the physical systems; and the transition energy between at least the two energy states among the energy states gives rise to an energy shift by the application of the magnetic fields, and sections 401, 406 which apply the magnetic fields having the intrinsic direction and intrinsic magnitude to the transition energy in such a manner that the linear energy shift disappears with respect to the transition energy between the two energy states existing in the energy state representing the quantum bit.
