SOLUTION: An acceleration pick-up 11 is mounted on the bearing 26 or 28 of an object, of which the flaws are detected in a roller-type coating machine 20, and the output detected by the pick-up 11 is amplified in an amplifier 12 and is then passed through a low-pass filter 13 for making frequencies of 500 Hz or lower pass through.
