PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase production of a sintering machine only by changing the design of a pallet carrier such as widening the width of the pallet carrier without remodeling peripheral devices. SOLUTION: This pallet carrier for the sintering machine is provided with a pallet beam portion 61 of the pallet carrier 6 in such manner that an upper face of a grate bar 64 is lower than an upper end of a pallet side wall portion 62, and further a grate bar pressor for an end grate bar disposed on an end portion of the pallet carrier 6 is disposed at a height of an upper face of the grate bar 64 of the pallet side wall portion 62.
