<p>An easy-to-manufacture mass-producible device for a transdermal preparation, which has a structure capable of mixing a dissolution liquid and a medicine by simple operation. The device comprises an electrode holder (1) where an electrode layer (1b) is formed on a substrate (1a), a medicine-impregnated member (2) provided on a surface of the electrode holder (1) for forming the electrode layer (1b), and a dissolution liquid holding container (5) provided on a surface of the electrode holder (1) for not forming the electrode layer (1b). A dissolution liquid passing hole (8) is formed in the electrode holder (1) and the flange (5a) of the dissolution liquid holding container (5) is bonded to the electrode holder (1) through a lid material (6) covering the dissolution liquid passing hole (8). The dissolution liquid holding container (5) has a protrusion (5b) opposing the dissolution liquid passing hole (8) and the protrusion (5b) has a recessed surface at the tip.</p>
