BASE COMPOSITION ENCAPSULATING HIGH CONCENTRATION OF IDEBENONE WITH NANO SIZES, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING IT

A base composition comprising highly concentrated idebenone which is nano-capsulated is provided to stably and effectively apply the idebenone from a highly viscous cream to a very lowly viscous skin and color make-up product and maximize use feeling of a nano-cosmetic material and the effect of the idebenone by promoting the transepidermal absorption of the idebenone. The base composition comprises a lipid concentration portion consisting of 20.0-80.0 wt.% of a solvent having at least two hydroxy groups such as ethylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerine, 1,2-pentane diol, D-pantenol, dipropyleneglycol and diglycerine, 1.0-10.0 wt.% of phospholipid such as phosphatidylcholin and phosphatidylethanolamine, 0.01-4.0 wt.% of ceramide, 0.01-4.0 wt.% of cholesterol, and 0.005-2.0 wt.% of an oil-soluble antioxidizing agent, an idebenone dissolved portion consisting of 0.5-25.0 wt.% of idebenone and 1.0-40.0 wt.% of an emollient oil, and an aqueous portion consisting of 0.5-30.0 wt.% of water and 0.005-1.0 wt.% of a water-soluble antioxidizing agent.
