PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a posture around an axis Y of a carriage 5 supported slidably astride a first guide member 22 and a second guide member 23 on a plate. SOLUTION: Among a tension to a timing belt 24 at a belt link part 63, both a component of force in a vertical (axis Z) direction and a self weight of the carriage 5 act in a downward direction of the axis Z (vertical) to a first sliding face 51 of the first guide member 22 and a second sliding face 52 of the second guide member 23 via a first sliding projection 55a and a second sliding projection 55b. A position of the center of gravity G of the carriage 5, and height positions in the direction of the axis Z of the belt link part 63 and the second sliding face 52 are set to be nearly equal. Hence a rotational moment of the carriage around the axis Y because of an acceleration of the movement start of the carriage is reduced, so that the carriage 5 can be stably supported by the first guide member 22 and the second guide member 23.
