PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an effect on the oscillation frequency of an oscillation part applied from the inner capacitor of a waveform shaping part connected to the post stage of the oscillation part, and to prevent the abnormal oscillation of an oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit includes the oscillation part 10 allowed to be oscillated at a required frequency and outputting an oscillation signal, the waveform shaping part 20 connected to the output terminal of the oscillation part 10 to shape the waveform of the oscillation signal and a resistor 30 inserted between the oscillation part 10 and the waveform shaping part 20; where a low pass filter is formed by the resistor 30 and the inner capacity 22 of the waveform shaping part 20.
