PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set reserved video recording of a desired television broadcast program through a small number of operations of operation keys when the reserved video recording of the television broadcast program is set. SOLUTION: A video recording day is set to the date of the day when the reserved video recording is commanded and when the set video recording day of the reserved video recording is changed, the video recording day is changed. Video recording start time of the reserved video recording is set based upon current time and when the video recording start time is changed, the video recording start time is changed. A video recording time of the reserved video recording is input and video recording end time of the reserved video recording is set to the time obtained by adding the video recording time of the reserved video recording to the video recording start time. When the video recording end time of the reserved video recording is changed, the video recording end time is changed. A video recording channel of the reserved video recording is set to a current reception channel and when the video recording channel is changed, the video recording channel is changed. Video recorded data compressibility of the reserved video recording is set and when the compressibility of video-recorded data is changed, the video recorded data compressibility is changed, thus setting the reserved video recording.
