PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor-standing air disinfection device capable of securing the wind velocity and the wind quantity of air blown from a blower without using a blower with a large opening. SOLUTION: An air-liquid contact member 5 and a blower fan 7 are disposed inside a floor type casing of the floor-standing air disinfection device. In the floor-standing air disinfection device, an electrolytic water feeding means feeds electrolytic water to the air-liquid contact member 5, and the blower fan 7 blows air in the interior toward the air-liquid contact member 5. The floor type air disinfection device has a wind guide panel 50 for guiding wind from an air outlet 7a of the blower fan 7 toward the air-liquid contact member 5 disposed at a distance. The wind guide panel 50 has an extension part 50a extending in the direction of blowing from the blower fan 7 and a guide part 50b inclined toward the air-liquid contact member 5 located at a distance from the air outlet 7a of the extension part 50a.
