The valve (1) has a sealing seat (5) working together with a sealing unit, and a magnetizable unit (8) i.e. metal disk, arranged in a height of the sealing seat. The magnetizable unit is spaced from the sealing seat, and the sealing unit is arranged on a guiding unit (9). A magnet (10) is arranged on a bar (11) of the guiding unit and is spaced from the sealing unit, where the magnetizable unit and the magnet are sequestered against a medium.
