PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discarding reagents, capable of discarding the reagent or the like in a microplate by collectively treating a plurality of microplates. SOLUTION: The apparatus for discarding reagents is provided with a plurality of rotor pockets, in which the microplates are housed and composed of a centrifugal rotor which can be rotated by a control motor, a waste liquid pan for recovering the reagent discarded by the centrifugal force of the centrifugal rotor that removes the same from a discharge pipe, a washing nozzle for sprinkling washing water over the waste liquid pan and a water supply tank for supplying washing water to the washing nozzle.
