PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based makeup cosmetic material having smooth feeling in application without generating uneven application and excellent in stability. SOLUTION: The oil-based makeup cosmetic material comprises 0.01-30 mass% of (a) flaky glass in which a colorant component is dispersed, 5-60 mass% of (b) tabular and luminous powdery material having 1-300μm average particle size.
