The jack has an electric motor (2) with a stator (8) and a rotor (10) that is arranged on a rotor shaft (9). A transmission has a transmission input shaft that is coupled with the rotor shaft via a safety clutch (3). The safety clutch is formed by two clutch disks (11, 13) that are arranged in a motor housing (7). A load wheel is connected with a transmission output shaft of the transmission in a torque proof manner. The rotor shaft is drive-sidely mounted in a bearing (17) that is arranged in the clutch disk (13).
