A shock absorber of a temperature controller for a vehicle is provided to insert a guide unit into a spring inserting unit for a sliding movement and restoration to absorb shock and to restore by an elastic spring. A shock absorber of a temperature controller for a vehicle includes a panel unit(10), a substrate(20), a housing(30), and a guide unit. A handle and a button are assembled at the panel unit. The substrate is installed at rear of the panel unit. The housing supports a rear surface of the substrate. The guide unit guides an assembly of the panel unit and the substrate to sink down for protection. The guide unit includes a bolt installing hole, a guiding projection, and a suspending link. The bolt installing hole is formed along a longitudinal direction at center. The guiding projection is assembled at a guiding groove of a spring inserting unit for a sliding movement. The suspending link is formed to prevent separation at the spring inserting unit.
