An apparatus for manufacturing an FRP fitting pipe and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to easily manufacture a T-shaped fitting pipe by easily assembling and separating a horizontal pipe manufacturing section and a vertical pipe manufacturing section. An apparatus for manufacturing an FRP fitting pipe includes a horizontal pipe manufacturing section(10) and a vertical pipe manufacturing section(20). First and second engaging recesses(12) are formed on both sides of the horizontal pipe manufacturing section. The horizontal manufacturing section includes a horizontal rod(14) having a third engaging recess(13) and first and second plates(17,18) having first and second recesses(15,16) engaged with both sides of the horizontal rod by first and second engaging units. The vertical pipe manufacturing section includes a vertical rod(21) and a third plate(23). The vertical rod is engaged with the horizontal pipe manufacturing section by using an anchor bolt engaged with the third engaging recess of the horizontal rod. The third plate has a third recess engaged with the vertical rod. A fourth recess(24) corresponding to the third recess formed in the third plate is formed on one side of the vertical rod. The anchor bolt is inserted into the fourth recess. An attachment section(25) attached to the circumference of the horizontal rod is formed on the other side of the vertical pipe manufacturing section.
