METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF THE THERMO-ELECTRIC ALLOYED LEAD TELLURIDE

A method for production of the thermo-electric alloyed lead telluride consists in that an alloy which is preliminary synthesized is grinded down in a shock-jet mill with the subsequent bolting, then powder is briquetted under pressure, the obtained briquettes are sintered at a temperature and pressure during the definite time and extrusion is carried out at prescribed temperature and pressure and extension degree. An alloy PbTe+Xat.%Te+Yat.%Na+Zat.%CoTe2+Qmol.%NiTe2, of the content of 0.01?X?0.03; 0.5?Y?1.5; 1?Z?4; 3?Q?4 is used as an initial material.
