A electrohydraulic activator of dispersed suspensions contains a horizontally located cylindrical container mounted on the shock absorbers and equipped with covers, electrodes connected with the pulse generator, and locking-distributing valves. The container is equipped with a central inlet duct, a branch pipe connected to the vacuum system, which are connected together by triple cork crane, and central exhaust duct with the cork crane and covers, to which from the inside the perforated reflectors of the convex form are rigidly fastened in such a way that the place of fastening the first of them is located in the lower part of the container, its convex side of the convex form - in the upper part, and the second one - in the opposite direction. Their openings are made with inclination toward the centre of the container, along of axis of which horizontally with the space between them the electrodes are located.
