A method and an apparatus for providing a session key for WUSB(Wireless Universal Serial Bus) security, a method and an apparatus for acquiring the session key are provided to improve convenience of a user and maintain security of WUSB communication by not requiring the distribution of a CC(Connection Context) by the user. A method for providing a session key for WUSB security includes the steps of: providing a host ID of a host to a device(404); acquiring information for generating the session key which is provided from the host having the host identifier, from the device(405); generating the session key based on a seed key stored in a region which is not accessible by the device(407); and providing the generated session key to the device(408). The session key is generated based on the acquired information and the seed key. The region which is not accessible by the device is a security memory.
