PRODUCING METHOD OF TISSUE CALTURE AND CHANGING BOTANICALLY MAKE USE TO SILVER NANO

A method for preparing variant plant is provided to mass-produce the plant by systematically producing and breeding an excellent variant plant generated during culturing a plant tissue, thereby contributing to self-growth capability of floricultural industry and seedling industry. The method comprises the steps of: (a) taking organs, tissues and cells from a plant and then aseptically culturing it in a tube or a bottle to remove callus or mono-cell colony therefrom; (b) after adding 0.15% of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde[(CH3)2NC6H4CHO] to a medium for proliferation, culturing the plant obtained from the step(a) therein for 20 days to produce PLB having various colors; and (c) respectively subculturing the modified PLB in accordance with shapes and forms to obtain a complete adult plant.
