An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device is provided to reduce error rate of the OLED device by performing an additional aging after scribing on the OLED device. An OLED device includes a pixel unit(100), a scan driver(200), a data driver(300), an input unit(400), and a timing controller(500). The pixel unit includes plural pixels, which are connected to scan and data lines(S1~Sn,D1~Dm). The scan driver supplies scan signals to the scan lines. The data driver supplies data signals to the data lines. The input unit receives a command, which orders an aging mode and a normal driving mode, from the outside and outputs a selection signal(Ssel) based on the command. The timing controller controls the scan driver based on the selection signal.
