The tightener (1) has a pulling unit e.g. tensioning belts (17), that are transverse to a formwork area and including two ends that are projected by sidewalls of a concrete formwork. The tensioning belts are fastened with the ends of the belt at the tightener that is arranged at an outer side of the formwork, where tensile strength is produced on the tensioning belts by the tightener. The tensioning belts stay as a loose pulling unit in a concrete (18) after setting of the concrete. The tensioning belts are made of plastic and/or metal, where the plastic is reinforced with fiberglass.
