PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible thermoplastic elastomer excellent in rubber elasticity at elevated temperatures and heat resistance, and giving an extrusion molded product of good surface appearance, and to provide such a molded product. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 100 pts.mass of (I) an addition polymerization-based block copolymer having at least one polymer block (A) composed of vinyl aromatic compound units and at least one polymer block (B) composed of (hydrogenated) conjugated diene compound units, wherein this block copolymer is ionomer-crosslinked at least the polymer block (A), 10-300 pts.mass of (II) a polyolefin and 300 pts.mass or less of (III) a flexibilizer for rubber.
