<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose optimization apparatus capable of efficiently obtaining an appropriate Pareto optimum individual in a short time, a multipurpose optimization method and a multipurpose optimization program. <P>SOLUTION: A multipurpose evolutionary algorithm part 2 generates a plurality of slave individual candidates from first, second and third master individuals. Then, a fitness estimation module 30b calculates the estimated value of true fitness for all the master individuals and slave individual candidates. Further, the multipurpose evolutionary algorithm part 2 ranks all the master individuals and slave individual candidates, adds one slave individual candidate of a top rank to a master individual set, calculates a congestion degree, sorts the slave individual candidates in the descending order of the degree of the congestion, and selects a prescribed number of the slave individual candidates having the higher degree of the congestion as a slave individual set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
