A transmission control device for a working machine, in which, when learning of clutch hydraulic pressure for operating a clutch of a transmission device fails, the cause of the failure can be easily specified. A transmission control section (46) has processes (corresponding to similar steps included in Steps S300-S344, and Step 360) that are provided corresponding to clutches (61-65) and of which each has sub-processes (Steps 1-3). The transmission control section causes each of the clutches (61-65) to perform learning of clutch hydraulic pressure, thereby performing learning processing for obtaining a clutch hydraulic pressure characteristic value for operating each clutch. Also, the transmission control section performs, in each of the processes, error determination for each of the sub-processes to see whether learning has failed and causes learning monitor processing for displaying the result of the determination (Step S400-S442).
