<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress power consumption of a battery by controlling power supply of a network controller which is activated even in a sleep or shutdown state. <P>SOLUTION: In this information processor, a power supply circuit 170 generates a plurality of power sources including a power source Vstb_lan of the network controller 150 generally from DC power source generated from AC power source by an AC adaptor 182, and generates the power sources from the battery 181 when the AC power source is interrupted.
