<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip-proof connector capable of suppressing corrosion, rise of a resistance value and destabilization of connection by preventing intrusion of a droplet; and its connection structure. <P>SOLUTION: This drip-proof connector is composed of: a housing 1 made of a resin; a plurality of conductive pins 10 incorporated in the housing 1 and each having both ends respectively exposed from both its front and back surfaces; an elastically-deformable drip-proof cover 20 covering at least exposed parts exposed from the front surface of the housing 1 of the plurality of conductive pins 10; and a frame 30 detachably fitted to the drip-proof cover 20. The drip-proof connector is nipped between a circuit board 40 of a pulmonic dosing appliance and an electrode of a replaceable cartridge 50 to electrically connect them to each other. Since the drip-proof cover 20 covers the exposed part of each conductive pin 10 to restrain and prevent a droplet from intruding between a body pin 11 of the conductive pin 10 and a movable pin 12, corrosion, rise of a resistance value and destabilization of connection of the conductive pin 10 are never caused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
