PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machine inhibiting performance drop of the hydraulic machine and comprising stay vanes or guide vanes reliable in strength. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic machine provided with a plurality of the stay vanes arranged on an inner circumference side of a spiral casing in a circumference direction, a plurality of the guide vanes arranged on an inner circumference of the stay vanes in the circumference direction, a runner driven and rotated by water passing through the spiral casing, the stay vanes and the guide vanes, a fillet cover member 15 covering a fillet connection part 9 joining the stay vanes 2 on stay rings 7, 8 is provided on a flowing water surface side of the annular stay rings 7, 8 having an upper and a lower end parts of the stay vanes 2 joined thereon.
