The hose has multiple foamed areas (3) mounted sectionally in multiple tabular layers. The tabular layer is formed as reinforcement with multi-layered structure. The hose layer is developed in circumferential direction alternating from foamed and un-foamed areas. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) production of single layer or multilayer hose with foamed area; and (2) method for spraying luminous material in single or multiple foam layers of hose.
