PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video monitor support system with which speedy and optimal measures can be taken in an emergency such as disaster occurrence. SOLUTION: The video monitor support system 20 includes: a camera apparatus 21 which outputs a camera video data signal (g); a calling signal generating means 23 which inputs the camera video data signal (g) and outputs a corresponding video data calling signal (f); a video information database 31 which inputs the corresponding video data calling signal and outputs a stored video data icon display signal (d) corresponding to the corresponding video data calling signal (f); a video data input/output means 27 for inputting the stored video data icon display signal (d) and outputs the relevant stored video data icon display signal (d) and the camera video data signal (g); a video information data coupling means 24 which inputs the camera video data signal (g) and the stored video data icon display signal (d) and outputs a video data coupling signal (k); and a video data display device 25 which inputs the video data coupling signal (k) and displays video based on the camera video data signal (g) and the stored video data icon display signal (d).
