The present invention relates to a thermal management device for a motor vehicle comprising a main circuit (1) with a main radiator (2) split into a first section (21) with a first and a second inlet (21a, 21b) which are connected respectively to a first and a second main radiator pipe (112, 113), and a second section (22) with a first inlet (22a) connected to a secondary circuit equipped with a secondary radiator and connected to the first inlet of the first section by fluid communication means (27), and a four-way valve system (4) connected to the second main radiator pipe and to the second inlet (22b) of the second section and inserted in the low-temperature loop, the said system allowing the two sections to be incorporated into one of the two circuits or allowing one section to be incorporated into each circuit.
