<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can eliminate waste paper when printing on a roll paper and prevent the productivity from falling. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device 10 has a transfer section 14 to carry roll paper P, image forming sections 16 provided along the transfer section 14, and buffer sections 30 provided between the image sections 16 to make the roll paper P length integral multiple times the page size of the roll paper P between the image forming sections 16.
