<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support field work from distance by enabling viewing a video of a site situation from distance. <P>SOLUTION: When a problem occurs at a work site 3, a site worker calls an operator center 2 to request support, and delivers a video on the site 3 to the operator center 2. When receiving a support request, the operator center 2 calls a supporter list to select an appropriate supporter 4 and automatically transmits an e-mail, describing a contact destination and the content of the problem in its text, to a personal computer 42 or a cellular phone 41 of the supporter 4. The supporter 4 checks the support content, accesses an individual only page of the operator center 2, and watches a site video on the page to determine whether or not the supporter 4 can cope with the problem. If the supporter 4 can cope with it, the supporter 4 contacts the worker on the site 3 through the cellular phone 41 and receives the site video from a Web camera 33 by the use of the personal computer 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
