PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet device capable of preventing an electric shock accident. SOLUTION: This outlet device is provided with: a container body 1 having, on its front surface, a pair of plug blade insertion holes 3a and 3b for power for inserting a couple of a plug blade for power and a plug blade for a ground electrode of a plug, respectively, and a plug blade insertion hole 3c for the ground electrode; blade reception parts for power housed in the container body 1 and respectively brought into contact with and connected to the pair of plug blades for power; a blade reception part for the ground electrode housed in the container body 1 and brought into contact with and connected to the plug blade for the ground electrode; an earth terminal 70 exposed and arranged on the front surface of the container body 1; and a metal frame 8 for an embedded wiring appliance for attaching the container body 1 thereto with the front surface of the container body 1 exposed from an opening window 8c formed at the central part. In the earth terminal 70, a contact piece 70d led out to the outside of the container body 1 from an opening 3f formed on a side surface of the container body 1 and brought into contact with and connected to the metal frame 8 is integrally formed.
