PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter plate for a tunnel boring machine recovered after the construction of a tunnel and constituted to facilitate the recovery of an outer peripheral cutter plate part with an outer diameter formed larger than the inner diameter of a tunnel lining body. SOLUTION: The cutter plate 1 is formed by providing the outer peripheral surface of a center cutter plate part 2 detachably with the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral cutter plate part 3 of annular shape. The outer peripheral cutter plate part 3 is formed by connecting a plurality of cutter pieces 31-34 and key cutter pieces 35, 36 in a circumferential direction by bolts. After the construction of the tunnel, connection between the center cutter plate part 2 and the outer peripheral cutter plate part 3 is released to recover the center cutter plate part 2 backward together with an boring machine body 10, and then the key cutter pieces 35, 36 in the outer peripheral cutter plate part 3 are detached, recovered and removed.
