PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture-curable resin composition having excellent workability and storage stability and even in use with a urethane prepolymer, has excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: The moisture-curable resin composition comprises an epoxy resin and a ketimine compound that contains a ketimine (C=N) bond derived from a ketone represented by general formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-5C alkyl group which may contain a substituent group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl group; R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are each independently a 1-3C alkyl group and one of R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>may be a hydrogen atom) and an amine.
