PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fully ripened compost compacted into a cylindrical form and tightly sealed to have excellent distribution property. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the fully ripened compost having excellent distribution property is carried out by adding a forming aid additive and/or water to easily form and keep the form into fully ripened domestic animal excreta compost if need, supplying to a roll baler to roll-bale-form and bale-wrapping to tightly seal.
