A manufacturing method of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent the separation of a seal member from being generated when forming an organic-inorganic layer, and to shorten the processing time. A gate electrode(103) is formed on a substrate. An active layer pattern and source/drain electrodes(109a,109b) are formed on the substrate including the gate electrode. A passivation layer and a photosensitive organic material layer are formed on the entire of the substrate. The photosensitive organic material layer is treated by a diffraction exposure manner so that the photosensitive organic material layer located on the drain electrode is removed. A passivation layer portion on the drain electrode is removed by the photosensitive organic material layer as a mask so that a drain contact hole is formed. A pixel electrode is formed within the drain contact hole. The photosensitive organic material layer is a photo acryl layer. |
