A method for fabricating an organic electroluminescence display device is provided to obtain uniform characteristics over the whole substrate by transferring an emission organic pattern onto a substrate, by applying uniform pressure over the whole substrate. In a method for fabricating an organic electroluminescence display device, a first substrate(210) where an emission device is to be formed is prepared. A switching device and a driving device to control the emission device are formed on the first substrate. A first electrode(220) is formed on the first substrate. A second substrate(310) to form an emission organic pattern is prepared on the first substrate. The emission organic pattern is formed on the second substrate. After the first substrate and the second substrate are bonded, the emission organic pattern formed on the second substrate is transferred onto the first electrode by pressure difference between an external region and a region where the emission organic pattern is formed. |
