摘要 A substrate transferring carter is provided to automatically load or unload a glass substrate by forming a groove in which a robot arm can be inserted, in an upper substrate of a table. A table(110) receives a glass substrate and includes a groove(111) in which a robot arm can be inserted, in an upper surface. A frame(120) is formed at both sides of the table and supports a side surface of the glass substrate. A support(130) is coupled under the table and supports a weight of the glass substrate. A pair of legs(140) are coupled at both sides of the support. A plurality of wheels(150) are coupled to the leg. The frame includes an elastic pad absorbing impact applied to the glass substrate. The table includes a grab(170) at a front surface and an operator can push the table by the grab. The table is rotatably coupled to the support. A pair of coupling parts are formed at a lower surface of the table and the coupling part is coupled to the support by a rotary shaft.
