A mobile communication terminal with an eyeball sensing function and a screen processing method thereof are provided to extract movement data of an eyeball from a facial image taken through a camera, and to perform an operation of scrolling data displayed on a screen according to the extracted data, thus a user can view various data by only movement of the user's gaze. A memory(300) stores at least more than one of data to be displayed on a screen. A display(100) provides the screen which displays random data. A camera unit(200) takes a picture of a person's face. A controller(400) extracts movement data of an eyeball from the taken facial image, and carries out an operation of scrolling the data displayed on the screen according to the extracted movement data.
