摘要	A seed chuck structure for a silicon crystal ingot growing apparatus is provided to prevent abrasion of a seed chuck and easily manufacture the seed chuck by forming the seed chuck integrally. A seed chuck structure includes a seed chuck(40) for holding a pulling cable(31) at an upper end thereof, and a seed(50) coupled to the seed chuck. The seed has a head portion(51) formed on the upper end a body portion(52) extending downwardly from the head portion. The head portion and the body portion have the same cross section. The seed chuck is provided with an engaging groove for engaging the seed.
