摘要 A method for encapsulating an agro-probiotics using an alginic acid extracted from kelp and microorganism is provided to increase viability of the microorganism by controlling the influence of moisture and oxygen during the distribution and storage period. The method for encapsulating an agro-probiotics comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 3-4 parts by weight of an alginic acid extracted from kelp through alkali solubilization with 100 parts by weight of water to prepare an aqueous solution of the alginic acid having a molecular weight of 10^5-1.3Î10^5 Da; (b) mixing 200-300 parts by weight of the aqueous solution of the alginic acid with 5-10 parts by weight of microorganism obtained by centrifuging an agricultural microorganism culture solution; (c) mixing 1-3 parts by weight of calcium chloride with 100 parts by weight of water to prepare an aqueous solution of the calcium chloride; (d) applying the mixture solution obtained from the step(b) through a micro-nozzle to the aqueous solution of the calcium chloride to encapsulate the agricultural microorganism strain; and (e) filtering the generated capsule and then drying it.
