A mixer is provided to reduce an unnecessary upper space by installing a rotating device on a lower part of the axenic mixing tank and to mix a content stored inside the axenic mixing tanks evenly and precisely. The mixer includes a axenic mixing tank(102), a cover(104), a motor(106), legs(108) and a rotating device(110). The cylindrical axenic mixing tank(102) has a receiving space connected to an open portion(100). The motor(106) is installed on one side of an edge of a lower surface of the axenic mixing tank(102). The rotating device(110) is rotatably installed on an inner lower part of the axenic mixing tank(102) and is connected to the motor(106) to mix the content stored inside of the axenic mixing tank(102) by the operation of the motor(106).
