A method for manufacturing an environmentally friendly Cr-free anti-fingerprint steel sheet having excellent electric conductivity and blackening resistance after forming while maintaining corrosion resistance, and an anti-fingerprint steel sheet manufactured by the method are provided. A method for manufacturing a corrosion-resistant anti-fingerprint steel sheet comprises the steps of: spraying a Cr-free corrosion resistant solution comprising 1 to 3 wt.% of a silane coupling agent, 2 to 4 wt.% of a metal silicate compound, 0.3 wt.% of a titanate compound, 0.3 wt.% of an alcohol and the balance of pure water onto a galvanized steel sheet or dipping the galvanized steel sheet into the Cr-free corrosion resistant solution to obtain a galvanized steel sheet treated with the Cr-free corrosion resistant solution; baking the corrosion resistant solution-treated galvanized steel sheet to a peak metal temperature of 80 to 120 deg.C, and cooling the baked corrosion resistant solution-treated galvanized steel sheet; coating the corrosion resistant solution-coated galvanized steel sheet with an anti-fingerprint solution comprising 0.5 to 5 wt.% of a silane coupling agent, 1 to 5 wt.% of a metal silicate compound, 1 to 6 wt.% of a titanate compound, 2 to 7 wt.% of an ethylene acrylate resin composition, 0.2 to 0.5 wt.% of an alcohol and the balance of pure water; and baking the anti-fingerprint solution-coated galvanized steel sheet to a peak metal temperature of 160 to 170 deg.C, and water-cooling the baked anti-fingerprint solution-coated galvanized steel sheet.
