A vision inspection system is provided to obtain compact equipment by installing integrally an illumination unit and a camera at a probe case. A vision inspection system includes an illumination unit and a camera unit(31). The illumination unit is mounted inside an illumination mount(4), which is fixed to an inner side of a probe case(2). The illumination unit provides illuminations of different colors to a measuring object(1) at different heights and angles. The camera unit is mounted at a camera mount(3), which is mounted at an inner side of the probe case. The camera unit includes a color camera and a plurality of stereo cameras. The color camera acquires images reflected from the measuring object. A first vertical opening portion and a second vertical opening portion are formed at an upper surface of the illumination mount. The first vertical opening portion causes images reflected from the measuring object to be provided to the color camera. The second vertical opening portion causes the images reflected from the measuring object to be provided to the stereo cameras.
