A centrifugal wastewater treating device which is configured in a simple structure, effectively separates sediment and suspended solids from wastewater, is fabricated simply, and is easily maintained and repaired, and a wastewater treating system utilizing the same are provided. A centrifugal wastewater treating device(10) comprises: a wastewater collection tank(100) of which a planar cross-section is configured in a circular shape, wherein the wastewater collection tank comprises a vortex casing(110) on which a wastewater inflow pipe(101) is tangentially formed, and which has a drain(103) formed in the bottom of the casing to discharge contaminants and wastewater; a cover(120) which covers an upper part of the wastewater collection tank, and is formed in such a shape that the cover is inclined upward as it goes from an outer part to a central part of the cover; an induction pipe(130) which passes through a central part of the cover to induce discharge of purified water ascending from the wastewater collection tank; an overflow pipe(140) which passes through the induction pipe, and discharges wastewater flown over the wastewater collection tank to the outside so as to adjust a level of wastewater contained in the wastewater collection tank; and a discharge part(150) which is installed on an upper portion of the cover to collect purified water discharged through the induction pipe, and has a water discharge pipe formed at one side thereof to discharge the collected purified water to a river. |
