A door assembly for closing an opening (3) in a wall (4), includes a first flexible door (17) and a second door (2) having at least a rigid lower edge (17), each of said doors (1, 2) being capable of being subjected to a rising movement and a lowering movement respectively between an open position and a closed position. A slot (31) is created between the wall (4) and the rigid lower edge (17) of said second door (2) as the door is raised towards the open position. The flexible door (1) is arranged at least partly between said second door (2) and the wall (4) and can move through said slot (31) between its closed position and its open position when the second door (2) is in the open position. The flexible door is supported against the bottom edge of the second door when the second door is open and the first door is closed.
