<p>A decoding apparatus is provided to store data prior to being filtered, which is used for intra-prediction, in a frame memory all the time to effectively store data. A decoding apparatus decodes encoded data inputted thereto, performs inter-prediction by using frame data and intra-prediction by using intra-frame data to obtain decoded video data and filters the decoded video data to restore video data. The decoding apparatus includes a frame memory(24) and a frame memory storage unit(22). The frame memory stores data subjected to filtering, which corresponds to a plurality of frames. The frame memory storage unit sequentially writes data, which is used for the intra-prediction, per a block before being filtered, and sequentially over-writes filtered data on unnecessary data after being filtered.</p> |
