<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print history management system managing a history in printing by a printer or previewing the printing by a computer, and for easily selecting a desired history from a lot of the histories. <P>SOLUTION: This print history management system has: an operation monitoring means detecting a preview instruction or a print instruction to a document; an output history generation means generating an output history as a history of an output result outputted by the preview instruction or the print instruction; a page format file generation means generating a page format file showing contents of the document that to be previewed or printed; a history storage means associating the generated output history and the page format file, and storing them as the print history; and a reference means receiving reference request of the print history including the output history and the page format file, and outputting the print history stored in the history storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
